University Medical Center – Couplet Care Services

The Project

When our legacy client University Medical Center asked us to help promote their Couplet Care service line, we were excited to help bring their new bundle of joy to the community. Our mutual passion for the project resulted in a strong campaign that shed light on this higher level of labor and delivery care.

The Approach

In order to learn more about the personal approach that Couplet Care brings to the delivery experience, we conducted interviews with moms who recently gave birth at University Medical Center. We found their experiences so engaging, honest and emotional that it quickly became clear that sharing their stories, mom to mom, was the way to go. We celebrated the arrival of the campaign with a touching and endearing testimonial spot told from the perspective of April, one of our Couplet Care moms.
