TFCU Membership Campaign
"We C.U. With Us."
The Project
When TFCU approached us for help in growing their membership, we felt confident they could invest in us. Our task was to help expand their target demographic with a new focus on quick, easy and convenient banking. This was to be their first major awareness campaign in almost ten years! So, we helped them with a custom multimedia campaign to start spreading the word.
The Approach
When we started our research on TFCU, it was clear that they were all about the membership experience with products and services designed for a busy lifestyle. The challenge was to develop a creative direction that captured potential new members level of understanding about what makes a credit union great. Then, it clicked and we quickly developed their new creative theme line: TFCU, We C.U. With Us! It was a simple phrase that said a lot.
We launched our campaign with a high-visibility and fun TV spot that featured an overly-birthday-partied mom quickly handling her banking with TFCU’s new mobile app.
In support of TV and to help drive potential members to a benefits-focused landing page, we also developed an array of digital pieces. This was the perfect medium for our target demo.
To help complete the conversion cycle, we produced a TFCU4all.com landing page that presented a snapshot of membership, allowing any visitor interested in TFCU to check out what makes them the best choice as a financial partner.
