Smoke Free Paso del Norte – The Squad

The Project

We were tasked with creating a memorable and engaging concept to cap off a series of educational spots dedicated to promoting smoking prevention among the youth of the Paso del Norte region. In order to cut through and rise above the deluge of messaging that the kids of our target market are receiving daily, and to affect behavior change, we knew we had to produce a project that was equal parts attitude and education. What resulted was The Squad.

The Approach

The Squad is an episodic web series that follows the story of four normal kids who become something greater than themselves to help rid their hometown of the influence of tobacco. Through engaging storylines that integrate anti smoking curriculum, the Squad has become a quick favorite with our intended audience.
