Building Home Together

The Project

In an effort to redefine public housing, The Housing Authority of the City of El Paso (HACEP) created a bold new initiative designed to offer a better life for thousands of El Pasoans in need, while positioning our city as a national leader for its efforts. When they presented this big-hearted project to us, it was clear that they wanted everyone in the community to feel that they were part of it, and that their collaboration was crucial to the success of this economic booster.

The Approach

We opened our creative toolbox and developed, “Building Home Together”, an-all inclusive rallying cry that captured the message HACEP wanted to share with El Pasoans. This tagline laid the foundation for a unique awareness campaign that lived across TV, radio, print, digital elements, and Out-Of-Home (OOH) executions in both English and Spanish languages, given the nature of HACEP’s extensive multicultural target audience.
