The name “Nancy Oppenheimer Laster” may be driver license official but around the shop, the moniker Nancy “de la O” is a bit more appropriate. Many of the characteristics that come together to define Nancy Laster can be linked to her hometown of El Paso, Texas where she founded the agency in 1980.
An appreciation for the region’s cultural duality has played an integral role in the company’s growth and over 33 years later, its continued existence. Nancy possesses extensive experience in account management, planning and implementation of long-term marketing/PR strategies and supervising media planning. As President of CultureSpan, she oversees all departments within the firm.
