Understanding the DNA of the Mexican Hispanic Consumer: Decoding Attitudes and Beliefs Relating to Health-Seeking Behaviors
Alternative medicine, perceived barriers, cultural bias… What can culture tell us about health-seeking behavior? CultureSpan Marketing and multicultural research firm, Merkado Teknia, are conducting a national-level consumer research study to answer this and many other questions. Let our research and analysis provide insights on how to connect with the growing Hispanic market. Contact Manny Rodriguez for details.
University Medical Center of El Paso
With it’s higher level of care and commitment to excellence, University Medical Center serves as the model for what a county hospital can be. Our marketing efforts have helped to maintain this image in the minds of our bi-cultural community.
Couplet Care
Promoting a revolutionary philosophy in maternal-infant bonding is difficult enough in one language, but our campaign delivered the concept in a dual language TV spot that any mother can relate to.
Advanced Endoscopy
Our goal was to address the hesitance of many Hispanic patients to explore treatment options for chronic gastrointestinal issues. The result was a message of empowerment communicated by highly specialized caregivers.
MCH Center for Women and Infants
Odessa’s newest bundle of joy is the Center for Women and Infants, one of the most advanced maternity centers in West Texas. Together we helped launch the center to a growing waiting list of expectant mothers.
NICU
Our challenge was to take a difficult subject and change its frame transitioning technical capabilities and advanced NICU care into a warm and family centric TV campaign.
Medical Center Health System
By providing healthcare coverage through multiple ancillary clinics throughout the community, it’s easy to see why we branded Medical Center Health System as every family’s One Source for Health.
Clinics
Our strategy was to cleverly demonstrate the convenience of having multiple healthcare access points at your virtual fingertips. This piqued interest and instilled trust in moms throughout the community.
68 Nurse - Midland Memorial Hospital
When unnecessary hospital visits began to spike at Midland Memorial Hospital, they quickly worked to develop 68 NURSE, a proprietary triage hotline that could answer medical questions and provide advice in real-time.
68 Nurse
Our objective was straightforward, introduce and increase number retention of the 68-NURSE hot line. Our use of kinetic typography created a dynamic and memorable piece in both English and Spanish.
